Merger results in a new consulting company, Quartz+Co
The consulting companies Copenhagen Consulting Company (CoCoCo) and Quartz Strategy Consultants have merged to create Quartz+Co and challenge the established players in the high-end of the Nordic consulting market. The ambition is clear – to become the leading consulting company in the Nordic region.
CoCoCo and Quartz were both established almost 10 years ago with the intention of changing the consulting industry "from within" in accordance with what we experience leading Nordic companies demand. We wish to offer our clients an alternative consulting model in an industry which for decades has been dominated by American management consulting companies. And we have both come a long way – CoCoCo in Denmark and Norway, Quartz in Denmark and Sweden.
It is our assessment that together we are able to establish an even more relevant and more competitive management consulting company than we could do separately – and by continuing competing against each other in Denmark and in the long run also in Norway and Sweden.

The merger between the two companies officially becomes effective as of August 1, 2010.
The name of the consolidated company will be Quartz+Co. The company's Danish address will be Ryesgade 3 at Nørrebro.
The company will employ more than 120 consultants and a support staff of 30 working at three offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo.
